Meadowsweet Herbal Mandala
Meadowsweet Herbal Mandala
"This project began with my passion for herbalism and healing with plants. Each watercolor is an in-depth examination of an herb, each to represent a different "action" or way that it supports the health of the body."
This item is a print of an original watercolor painting by Kristina Rose Baker. It is digitally printed on archival matte fine art paper, and comes in a variety of sizes. Please specify size at checkout.
Meadowsweet, (Filipendula ulmaria) also known as Queen of the Meadow, is a wonderful pain-reliever. It contains the same chemical constituents that are used to make Aspirin. Meadowsweet is effective for headache relief and has long been used to cure stomach pains. It is antibacterial, and is an incredibly pleasant and sweet tasting plant. It has been used as a strewing herb throughout the centuries.
